Use the evaluation to agree the scope and acceptance evidence before committing to operational reliance.

### Define the work

Identify users, records, decision points, and the current process. Choose a representative scenario and record the baseline you will compare against.

### Inspect the product

Walk through the actual interface. Include an exception or incomplete input so reviewers can assess the handling as well as the normal path.

### Agree the delivery scope
