Does MENTHOR need Aurora?
MENTHOR has its own pilot and administration interfaces and can be evaluated as a standalone training product. Its connected training, flight and safety sources depend on the deployment.
How are courses recommended?
The current implementation matches approved flight-data event patterns to an existing course catalog using rules and keywords. Manual assignment is the default, with an operator-controlled automatic mode available.
What training evidence can MENTHOR show?
MENTHOR brings together qualification records, instructor assessments, trainee acknowledgements, cumulative line-training progress and assessed LMS completion, subject to the connected source systems.
