What records should a training management system keep?

Can the authority see the training programme?
Yes, in EPHOR Ai. The operator publishes the training programme, inspectors request observations, the operator confirms the arrangements, and inspectors record attendance and the outcome in the same record. Approval packages keep each decision with the exact file versions it covers.
How does MENTHOR Ai recommend training?
Through Auto Training. When an approved flight-data event type occurs for a pilot at least twice in 180 days, or once for an unstable approach, ordered keyword rules match it to a course in the MENTHOR Ai course library. The training team sees the pilot only as a numbered crew member and assigns the course, or an administrator switches on automatic assignment. MENTHOR Ai then compares how often the event type occurred before the assignment and since.
Are MENTHOR Ai and EPHOR Ai one product?
No. MENTHOR Ai supports pilot development and training records. EPHOR Ai is a separate workspace for training oversight and approvals between an operator and its authority.
