A customer-facing AI concierge for travel planning, booking handoffs, and human support.
Discuss activities, dining, seasons, events, and itinerary ideas around the visitor's interests and travel month. Keep the conversation connected to the destination knowledge base.
Route and operating-day tools consult the configured Network Registry. This gives the operator a controlled source for where and when the airline operates.
Knowledge retrieval carries source attribution. Direct travellers to relevant help articles and approved public sources so they can inspect the original information.
A weather tool retrieves current conditions, forecasts, and sea-surface temperature for network destinations, keeping forecast information separate from seasonal guidance.
Build a booking deep-link from validated trip details and preserve attribution on the handoff. Airline seats, holiday packages, and group enquiries follow distinct calls to action.
Group and holiday enquiries use a dedicated form. Travellers enter contact details separately from the chat and explicitly consent to follow-up.
Offer agent handoff based on operator presence and duty status. Ask the traveller for transfer consent, then let the human agent take the conversation.
Manage sources, ingestion review, approved content, prompt versions, promotions, roles, and audit events through a separate console. Activate or roll back changes without rebuilding the widget.
XENIA combines conversational AI with controlled tools, approved sources, and a clear route to a person.
A bounded tool set handles network lookup, knowledge retrieval, weather, booking links, consented lead capture, and agent handoff.
Source freshness, content approval, prompt versioning, disclosed promotions, and rollback give operators practical control over the assistant.
Personal contact details use the consented enquiry flow. Input redaction, output filtering, allowed link domains, and safe-mode fallback support the customer-facing experience.

Live availability and pricing are not connected in the current preview. XENIA hands the traveller to the booking engine, where current fares are shown.
XENIA checks agent availability and asks for consent before transfer. An available operator can claim the conversation in the console and reply through the widget.
Yes. The console supports source management, ingestion review, content approval, versioned prompts, promotions, operator roles, and audit events. Deployment-specific source rights and identity configuration still require validation.
XENIA remains a separate travel concierge. The optional Customer Care bridge provides a staff chat inbox and concierge administration while XENIA retains its own records. The bridge is implemented and locally tested; production activation is configured separately.
